Farmer's Breakfast

for 2-3 servings
  • 4 pieces of bacon, fried
  • 2 medium potatoes, sliced in circles-short length wise
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  1. Fry bacon and set aside.
  2. Slice potatoes in bacon grease until tender.
  3. Add eggs to potatoes and add bacon back in, scramble eggs-
  4. Serve when ready!
