Moma's Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 unpacked 9" deep dish crust

Instructions
 

  • Stir first six ingredients together with a spoon.
  • Stir in chopped pecans.
  • Pour mixture into crust and bake at 350F for an hour.
  • If pie crust is over-browning, cover edges with foil. Pie will be slightly soft in the middle when you pull it out of the oven but will firm up as it cools.
