Blueberry French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices loaf bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup blueberries thawed if frozen
  • butter optional
  • syrup optional
  • powdered sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and cinnamon and beat well.
  3. Thoroughly dip bread in egg wash and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over soaked bread.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bread is browned.
  6. Serve with any combination of optional toppings.
