Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken leg quarters careful with the bones after cooking
  • 1 can tomato/basil/parsley seasoned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning equal parts basil, oregano, and parsley
  • handfull banana peppers

Instructions
 

  • Throw ingredients into crockpot. Let it work it's magic.
  • Serve over rice, quinoa, pasta, or anything else you can imagine.
