Method
- Brown sausage and drain on paper towels.
- Place cubed bread in a greased 9x13 Pyrex.
- Scatter sausage over the bread cubes.
- Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
- Beat eggs and combine with half and half.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes. Casserole with puff when ready.
