frozen chicken breasts
or 5-6 tenders

black beans
rinsed and drained

Rotel tomatoes
with the juice

corn
with the juice
2-3
tbsp
ranch seasoning

tsp
cumin

tsp
onion powder

tbsp
chili powder
optional

cup
plain greek yogurt
Instructions
Put everything in a crockpot and let cook for eight hours.
Serve over quinoa/rice or as a filler in burritos or quesadillas.
