Cheesy Pesto Sweet Potatoes

  • sweet potatoes baked/microwaved
  • 1/2 tbsp pesto per potato
  • sprinkle cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mash the baked sweet potatoes.
  • Add pesto. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Throw in microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese.
