Cheesy Pesto Sweet Potatoes

  • sweet potatoes baked/microwaved
  • 1/2 tbsp pesto per potato
  • sprinkle cheese

Method
 

  1. Mash the baked sweet potatoes.
  2. Add pesto. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Throw in microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese.
